Polish Cooking

'Tis an exquisite February afternoon.  While coming to the shocking realization that a post is long overdue, we sat for a spell and contemplated the possibilities.  After distributing our perpetual collection of cookbooks across the floor, we selected a particularly intriguing specimen:  Polish Cooking. 

Observe. 
Meh. 
 That's no beef. 
 Yes, dear readers, that is a trout. Swallowing its own tail. 
 Yums. Aspic.
 Even more aspic. But this time it's carp. 
 Didn't know carps came in loaves. 
WHAT THE HELL'S A ROLL MOP?!
